By accessing and using Nexus ('Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Nexus provides a platform for AI-powered development orchestration, allowing users to manage and utilize Multiple MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for their development workflows.
3. Subscription and Payment
Our Service offers different subscription tiers with varying features and limits. Payments are processed securely through Paddle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.
- Free Tier: 10 orchestration plans per year
- Standard: $20/year for 2,000 plans per year
- Premium: $100/year for 15,000 plans per year
- Lifetime: $500 one-time payment for 100,000 plans total
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Abuse or exploit the Service in ways not intended
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nexus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without notice, modify or discontinue features, and update our Service and these terms.
Additional Terms
User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account, notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, and be responsible for all activities under your account.
API Keys and Credentials
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys for third-party services, ensuring the security of your credentials, complying with third-party service terms, and any costs incurred from third-party API usage.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, or damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the last 12 months.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, at our discretion with or without notice, or upon your request to delete your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, mediation if negotiation fails, and binding arbitration as a last resort.
